The common questions answered
Yes, you can. For managed clients, each delivery is receipted, inspected, catalogued, and added to the online inventory. Vault clients have their wine held for two weeks, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready for collection. If a vault case remains longer than two weeks, it moves into managed storage and the standard fees apply.
No, there’s no need to book an appointment prior to dropping off your wine. However, withdrawals do require 24 to 48 hours’ notice, depending on the size, so we can prepare your order.
Our standard turnaround is two weeks for inspection and cataloguing, with any delays for larger collections communicated by your Cellar Manager.
Where possible, wine is consolidated into 12‑bottle cases, except when premium wines arrive in wooden six‑packs, which are kept in their original format for safety and integrity. If your original box is not fit to cellar, they are repacked into Wine Ark cellarage cases and invoiced accordingly.
