The festive season is fast approaching. With that in mind, we thought it pertinent to inform you of Wine Ark’s Delivery cut-off dates and trading hours over the Holiday Period.

As you can imagine this time of year is the busiest for the cellars. Not only are we picking your well-stored and selected gems for the dinner table. But as it warms up we begin new relationships with people looking to get their wine out of the heat at home, and tucked away in the cool cellars. So needless to say we are busy

MARKETPLACE WINE SALES – DEADLINES FOR PRE-CHRISTMAS ORDERS

If you wish to purchase a special bottle for the Christmas table, please ensure you select “Collection” from the bottles’ storage location. DELIVERY IS NOW CLOSED. You can find bottles for sale at your local Wine Ark Managed Cellar by selecting the site in the filter. Collection of any purchased wines is available up until orders placed by Monday, 15th December. If you have any urgent purchases, like a magnum of 2008 Cristal Champagne 🙂 Please email [email protected] PRIOR to purchase to see if this is possible.

ANY PURCHASES MADE AFTER Monday, 15th December WILL NOT BE PICKED UNTIL 5TH JANUARY 2026 (unless pre-arranged)

MANAGED CELLARAGE – DEADLINES FOR PRE-CHRISTMAS WINE ORDERS

As you can appreciate, with high parcel volumes courier networks are stretched at present, even without adding the Christmas load. Hence last picks for metro deliveries are brought forward. And where possible we would HIGHLY recommend you collect your wines required for the festive period.

Deliveries – Orders for delivery are to be submitted by Monday 8th December
Collections – Orders for collection are to be submitted by Monday 15th December

WINE ARK’S TRADING HOURS

Please note that we close at 12:00 pm on Wednesday 24th December to reopen Monday 5th January 2025. So please ensure that you have your New Year’s Picks done along with your Christmas wines.
